惠澤染色機(jī)發(fā)明的一種用于L型雙布槽V形低浴比的染色機(jī)，包括頭部機(jī)身(1)、中部機(jī)身(2)和尾部機(jī)身(3)，頭部機(jī)身(1)、中部機(jī)身(2)和尾部機(jī)身(3)依次通過(guò)全焊透自動(dòng)焊接成染色機(jī)本體；所述頭部機(jī)身(1)位置設(shè)有導(dǎo)布輪(11)和噴嘴(12)；所述中部機(jī)身(2)至所述尾部機(jī)身(3)區(qū)域內(nèi)鋪設(shè)有雙布槽(23)，尾部機(jī)身(3)的一端設(shè)有導(dǎo)布管(7)；導(dǎo)布管(7)的一端連接所述噴嘴(8)，另一端連接到所述尾部機(jī)身(3)的雙布槽(23)；頭部機(jī)身(1)和尾部機(jī)身(3)均傾斜向上設(shè)置，并與中部機(jī)身(2)形成V形結(jié)構(gòu)。本發(fā)明的機(jī)身結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理，V形結(jié)構(gòu)大大降低浴比，節(jié)省了儲(chǔ)水面積。

The low-bath-ratio V-shaped dyeing machine comprises a head machine body (1), a middle machine body (2) and a tail machine body (3) which are automatically welded into a dyeing machine body sequentially through full penetration welding. The head machine body (1) is provided with a cloth guide wheel (11) and a nozzle (12), the double cloth grooves (23) are laid in an area from the middle machine body (2) to the tail machine body (3), and a cloth guide pipe (7) is arranged at one end of the tail machine body (3). One end of the cloth guide pipe (7) is connected with the nozzle (8) while the other end thereof is connected to the double cloth grooves (23). The head machine body (1) and the tail machine body (3) are arranged upward obliquely so as to form a V-shaped structure with the middle machine body (2). The low-bath-ratio V-shaped dyeing machine for the L-type double cloth grooves is reasonable in structural design, and the bath ratio is greatly decreased through the V-shaped structure, so that the water storage area is saved.
